Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@verostudio.co.uk. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value required.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. We process orders within 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 5-8 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Which carriers do you use?

We partner with trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding our shipping areas in the future.

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?
